7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are 100% accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: We are not liable for packages that are destroyed or returned due to incorrect address information, missing contact details, or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. No refunds will be issued for delivery failures caused by inaccurate customer data.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier (no tracking updates for 15+ business days) or arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.
