1. General Conditions

By accessing and using sleepdeep.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sleepdeep.co regarding your purchase of 22-Momme mulberry silk sleep systems. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in European regulatory requirements or our operational procedures.

2. Products & Material Specifications

We specialize in high-density 22-Momme Grade 6A Mulberry Silk.

  • Quality Standards: All products, including our individual masks and premium gift boxes, are selected for their durability and wellness benefits, such as reducing hair friction by 43% compared to cotton and preserving skin hydration.   

  • Visual Representation: While we strive for absolute accuracy in our high-definition product imagery, slight variations in the "Champagne" luster may occur due to individual screen settings.

3. All-Inclusive Pricing & Payment

  • Price Transparency: All prices displayed on our storefront are all-inclusive. This means they include the cost of the item, specialized express shipping, and all applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).   

  • No Hidden Fees: We utilize the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system to prepay import taxes. You will not be required to pay additional "handling fees" or customs duties upon delivery for orders under €150.

  • Payment Processing: We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery Logistics

We utilize specialized e-commerce air freight routes to ensure rapid delivery across Europe.

  • Fulfillment Time: Orders typically undergo quality inspection and processing within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Window: Our standard delivery timeframe is 4–9 business days for the UK, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.

  • Address Accuracy: To maintain these speeds, our delivery partners typically utilize a "one-attempt" delivery policy. It is the customer's responsibility to provide 100% accurate address and contact information. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer data.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal & Hygiene Policy

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Hygiene Exceptions: In accordance with Article 16(e) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This includes silk sleep masks, pillowcases, and hair accessories that have been removed from their original tamper-resistant packaging.

  • Condition of Returns: Non-hygiene items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and sanitation processing for non-faulty returns.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Our silk products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic or video proof.

  • Usage: sleepdeep.co is not liable for damage caused by improper care, such as washing silk in high temperatures or using harsh detergents.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is established, in harmony with the European Consumer Code and Digital Services Act (DSA).
